## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED THAT ON ARRIVAL HE ENTERED THE DOWNWIND PATTERN FO RUNWAY 36 AND CONFIGURED THE AIRCRAFT FOR LANDING. AFTER A NORMAL PATTERN AND FINAL APPROACH HE NOTICED AS HE ENCOUNTERED GROUND EFFECT AND SIMULTAINIOUS WITH STALL WARNING AT TOUCHDOWN A GEAR VERBAL WARNING SOUNDED. THE AIRCRAFT THEN SETTLED ONTO THE RUNWAY GEAR UP. THE PILOT STATED HE WAS POSITIVE HE POSITIONED THE GEAR HANDLE TO THE DOWN POSITION PRIOR TO LANDING. I OBSERVED A GEAR TEST FOLLOWING INCIDENT WHICH DEMONSTRATED NORMAL GEAR OPERATION, HOWEVER NO WARNING HORN OR LIGHT FROM THROTTLE POSITION WARNING SYSTEM. THIS FUNCTION WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE DUE TO A BROKEN WIRE NEAR THE THROTTLE POSITION SWITCH. AND THE SWITCH FOUND OUT OF RIG.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
