## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS IN THE LANDING ROLLOUT PHASE WHEN A GUST OF WIND CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO VEER OFF THE RUNWAY EDGE INTO THE MUD. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE TRIED TO CORRECT IT WITH AILERON AND RUDDER, BUT ENDED UP STRUCK IN THE MUD ON THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS MOVED PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT. NO INJURIES OR DAMAGE REPORTED. NCT PROVIDED VFR FLIGHT FOLLOWING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
