## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JUNE 11, 2011 ABOUT 1800 LOCAL TIME, A AMERICAN CHAMPION CITABRIA, N1809G ARRIVED AT CONCRETE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (3W5) FOR INSTRUCTIONAL TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS DURING AN INSTRUCTIONAL RIDE. MR ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS THE PILOT IN THE FRONT SEAT AND RECEIVING INSTRUCTION FROM ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ CFI, IN THE REAR SEAT. MR ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ APPROACHED THE AIRPORT FOR THE SECOND TIME, AND PREPARING FOR A WHEELS LANDING. THE APPROACH WAS STABLE AND THE TOUCHDOWN BEYOND THE NUMBERS. THERE WAS AN INITIAL BOUNCE AND PILOT RECOVERED AND BEGAN ROLLOUT WITH TAIL-UP. AROUND MID-FIELD THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO SWERVE AND THE WING TIPS BEGAN TO MOVE UP AND DOWN.THE AIRCRAFT SWERVED SHARPLY TO THE LEFT AND DEPARTED THE RUNWAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A HALT, TIPPED FORWARD AND THE PROP STRUCK THE GROUND STOPPING THE ENGINE.DAMAGED THE PROP TIPS, POSSIBLE INTERNAL ENGINE DAMAGE FROM PROP STIKE AND PROP SPINNER DENTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
