## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ACCIDENT HAPPENED AT 7:00PM. LOW LIGHT. PILOT STATED THAT HE MADE A SURVEY FLIGHT OVER THE FEILD. HE SAW POWER LINES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FEILD AND AT THE END. HE PASSED OVER THE MIDDLE WIRES BUT HIT THE WIRES AT THE END OF THE FEILD. HE SAID THAT HE THEN HEADED FOR THE AIRPORT BUT THE ENGINE SLOWLY LOST POWER DUE TO THE WIRE WRAPPED AROUND THE PROP HUB. HE LINED UP FOR A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. HE LANDED SIDEWAYS AND GROUND LOOPED. RIGHT WING HIT THE GROUND AND SEPARATED FROM THE AIRCFT AND THE ENGINE ALSO SEPARATED FROM THE AIRCRAFT.
