## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT WHEN A LARGE BIRD (POSSIBLY AN OWL) FLEW AT THE PILOT'S WINDSHIELD JUST BEFORE TOUCHDOWN. PILOT APPARENTLY DUCKED AND PUSHED FORWARD ON THE CONTROL YOKE AT THE SAME TIME CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO HIT THE RUNWAY HARD AT AN ANGLE SHEARING ALL THREE LANDING GEARS AND SLIDING TO A STOP.
