## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 5TH AT APPROXIMATELY 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, WHILE ACTING AS PILOT IN COMMAND OF A CESSNA CE-206, REGISTRATION NUMBER N51010 DID LOSE CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT DURING THE DEPARTURE ROLL ON RUNWAY 21 AT THE NOGALES, AZ (KOLS) AIRPORT. UPON RECORD SEARCH OF ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ FAA DATA THE LAST VALID MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OF RECORD WAS FROM FEBRUARY 2004. DURING THE RECOVERY OF THE AIRCRAFT, NO VALID AIR WORTHINESS CERTIFICATE NOR CURRENT REGISTRATION WERE LOCATED. AN EXPIRED TEMPORARY REGISTRATION FROM 1992 WAS THE ONLY ONBOARD DOCUMENT LOCATED. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ HAS NOT COOPERATED WITH THIS INVESTIGATION.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB WPR11LA305](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/WPR11LA305), Jul 5, 2011: Cessna U206 (N51010), Nogales, AZ, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot did not maintain airplane control during the initial climb.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
