## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 07/08/2011 ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ HAD BEGUN, A SPRAY PASS TO THE SOUTH ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE FIELD HE WAS INTENDING TO SPRAY; THE WEATHER WAS VERY HOT AND HUMID, AND AS HE TURNED TOWARD THE WEST TO MAKE A TURN AROUND TO GO NORTH BOUND, HE SAID THE PLANE FELT LIKE IT WASN'T PRODUCING POWER. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ BEGAN THE RUN (TO THE NORTH) AND THOUGHT THE AIRCRAFT WASN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO CLIMB OUT. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ SAID THAT HE THEN STARTED DUMPING THE LOAD (A CHEMICAL CALLED TEBUSTAR), AND STILL COULD NOT EFFECT A CLIMB. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ FLEW THE AIRCRAFT INTO GROUND EFFECT, FLEW OVER A ROAD (RUNNING EAST TO WEST) AND INTO A FIELD APPROXIMATELY 100 YARDS NORTH OF THE ROAD.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
