## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON AUGUST 12, 2011 APPROXIMATELY 14:59 CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME, A FOREIGN REGISTERED PIPER MODEL PA-31 TWIN ENGINE AIRPLANE DURING LANDING ROLL OUT PHASE SUFFERED A BLOWN TIRE TO THE NOSE LANDING GEAR. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED LEFT OF THE RUNWAY R 13 THEN CAME TO A REST NOSE DOWN IN A GRASSY AREA BETWEEN A3-A4 N OF RUNWAY. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM MONTERREY MEXICO AIRPORT, AND ARRIVED IN MCALLEN MILLLER INT. AIRPORT (MFE). PIC HOLDS A FOERIGN PILOT LISCENCE. PIC AND PASSENGER RECEIVED NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
