## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WEATHER WAS VMC CONDITIONS, HOWEVER THUNDERSTORMS, LIGHT RAIN AND A SQUALL LINE WENT THROUGH THE AREA FROM APPROXIMATELY 2300Z THROUGH APPROXIMATELY 2330Z WITH WINDS AT 23 KNOTS GUSTING TO 40 KNOTS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS PARKED IN THE SOUTH CARGO RAMP WHEN A BAGGAGE CART, MOVED BY WIND GUSTS, STRUCK THE AIRCRAFT DAMAGING THE LEFT HAND INBOARD FLAP.THE BAGGAGE CART TOE-HITCH WAS PUSHED UP AND LOCKED TO ENGAGE THE BRAKES BUT NO PHYSICAL CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE WHEELS OF THE CART IN ORDER TO ACTUALLY STOP THE CART FROM MOVING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
