HE STATED THAT THE AIRPLANE LIFTED OFF NORMALLY AND AT ABOUT 20-25 FEET THE RIGHT WING BEGAN TO STALL, THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED RIGHT AND "PANCAKED ON THE LANDING GEAR." PILOT STATED HE FEELS HE WAS CAUGHT IN THE WAKE TURBULANCE CREATED FROM THE STEARMANS DEPARTURE AND SHOULD HAVE DELAYED HIS LONGER THAN HE DID. VFR CONDITIONS PREVAILED. NO MECHANICAL ISSUES WERE INDICATED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
