## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB ERA11FA504](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/ERA11FA504), Sep 25, 2011: Hutchinson Kenneth A Velocity RG (N360TV), Sanford, NC, substantial damage, 1 fatal. Probable cause: The pilot/owner's intentional flight of his airplane with known mechanical discrepancies (frozen turbocharger waste gate), which resulted in a partial loss of engine power and subsequent collision…

## Other reports on N360TV (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.
