## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE SOUTH VALLEY REGIONAL AIRPORT AND STRUGGLED TO GAIN AIRSPEED AND ALTITUDE. AIRCRAFT CHANGED PITCH ATTITUDE NUMEROUS TIMES IN WHAT WITNESSES DESCRIBED AS ATTEMPTS TO GAIN AISPEED, THEN SHALLOW CLIMBS, THEN LEVELING OFF TO GAIN AIRSPEED AGAIN. AS AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO TURN CROSSWIND AND LOAD FACTOR INCREASED IN THE TURN AND THE AIRCRAFT'S NOSE WENT UP TOO HIGH. THE AIRCRAFT STALLED, THE RIGHT WING DROPPED, AND THE AIRCRAFT FELL APPROXIMATELY 50-75' TO THE GROUND. PASSENGER DIED AT THE SCENE. PILOT DIED THE NEXT DAY.
