## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS CLEARED TO LAND ON RWY 24, CGF. PILOT STATED THAT IT WAS A NORMAL APPROACH AND THE CHECKLIST WAS COMPLETED FOR LANDING. TOUCHDOWN WAS FIRM AND AIRCRAFT BOUNCED BACK INTO THE AIR. THE PILOT RECOVERED FROM THE INITIAL BOUNCE AND ATTEMPTED A SECOND LANDING AND BOUNCED AGAIN, FEARING THE AIRCRAFT WAS PORPOISING AND GETTING OUT OF CONTROL HE INITIATED A GO-AROUND. PILOT STATED HE RAN HIS GO-AROUND PROCEDURE – FLAPS 10, MONITOR, GEAR-UP. AT THIS POINT THE AIRCRAFT WAS TO SLOW AND SETTLED IN; THE AIRCRAFT HIT THE RUNWAY WITH GEAR-UP. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP ON THE RUNWAY, TWO PASSENGERS ONBOARD WITH NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
