## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN12LA015](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN12LA015), Oct 7, 2011: Cessna 150L (N642EZ), Vidalia, LA, substantial damage. Probable cause: A total loss of engine power likely due to carburetor ice.

## Other reports on N642EZ (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Accident 19891025044629A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19891025044629A), Oct 25, 1989: Cessna STC150 (N642EZ), Marana, AZ, Substantial damage. Ran out of fuel en route. Landing on gravel road struck cactus and trees.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
