THE PILOT STATED THAT HE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE CROSSWIND LANDING AND THIS TOOK HIS ATTENTION AWAY FROM HIS PRE LANDING CHECKLIST. DUE TO HIS BEING DISTRACTED BY THE CROSSWIND HE FORGOT TO EXTEND HIS LANDING GEAR. DUE TO NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES HE WAS UNAWARE OF THE GEAR UP HORN WARNING WHICH WAS OPERATIONAL. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED GEAR UP AND SLID OFF THE RUNWAY HITTING A RUNWAY TAXI LIGHT WITH THE LEFT WING CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE WING LEADING EDGE. AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINIMAL DAMAGE TO THE BELLY SKIN.
