## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS ENROUTE TO HOUMA FROM AN OFFSHORE OIL PLATFORM CRUISING AT 2250' AGL AND 130 KNOTS. ABOUT 15 MINUTES FROM LANDING AT HOUMA THE PILOT REPORTED A SLIGHT WOBBLE. THE CREW RAN A PROXIMITY CHECK OF THE AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS WITH NO ANOMALIES. AFTER LANDING AT HOUMA THE FLIGHT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN STARTED HIS WORKAROUND AND NOTICED TWO THIRDS OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SUPPORT TUBE WAS MISSING. ONE THIRD OF HORIZONTAL STABILIZER UPPER END WAS STILL CONNECTED TO THE PYLON UPPER HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SUPPORT BRACKET.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
