BALLOON LANDED ON FINNEL ST. NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF VISTA DR. IN YOUNTVILLE, CA.  AFTER LANDING, THE BALLOON WAS BLOWN INTO A LIGHT POLE AND BECAME ENTANGLED.
