THE PILOT RECEIVED FATAL INJURIES AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS DESTROYED.IN REVIEWING THE STUDENT PILOT'S LOGBOOK, MANY ITEMS REQUIRED BEFORE SOLO FLIGHT WERE NOT ACCOMPLISHED OR LOGGED. THE PILOT'S INSTRUCTOR WILL BE RE-EXAMINED.
