## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE STUDENT PILOT, ON HIS SECOND SOLO FLIGHT, WAS RETURNING FROM A PRACTICE AREA AND PERFORMED TOUCH AND GO'S ON RUNWAY 7L. ATC DIRECTED THE PILOT TO PERFORM HIS NEXT LANDING ON RUNWAY 7R. AFTER TOUCHDOWN ON 7R, HE LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AND DEPARTED THE LEFT SIDE APPROXIMATELY 1750 FEET FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT TRAVELED ANOTHER 1000 FEET BEFORE GOING OVER AN EMBANKMENT INTO A DRAINAGE DITCH WHERE IT FLIPPED OVER ONTO ITS BACK. THE PILOT WAS NOT INJURED. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO BOTH WINGS, NOSE LANDING GEAR ATTACH POINTS, AND THE TAIL SECTION.
