## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THIS AIRCRAFT DEPARTED LANCASTER AIRPORT (BQR) TO PERFORM PRACTICE LANDINGS ON 11/14/2011 AT THE NIAGARA FALLS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KIAG). THIS AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A HARD LANDING NOSE LOW AND ONE PROPELLER BLADE STRUCK THE GROUND. THE PILOT DID NOT REALIZE THAT THE PROPELLER HAD STRUCK THE GROUND AND RETURNED TO BQR. AFTER PARKING THE AIRCRAFT AT BQR THE STUDENT PILOT NOTICED THE PROPELLER BLADE TIP BENT AND ADVISED THE OPERATOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
