## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING GROUND TAXI OPERATIONS AT DWH AIRPORT, AT APPROXIMATELY 14:36 HOURS ON 12/17/2011, N223WM, AN EXPERIMENTAL RV-4, WAS GIVEN THE AUTHORITY BY DWH TOWER/GROUND OPERATIONS TO TAXI TO TAXI WAY ECHO BEHIND A BARRON, N1RT. WHILE PASSING BEHIND BARRON N1RT, N223WM ENCOUNTERED THE TURBULENCE OF THE BARRONS PROPELLERS PERFORMING A HIGH POWER ENGINE RUN UP. THE TURBULENCE WEATHERVEINED N223WM AND TIPPED IT ONTO ITS NOSE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
