## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE PRACTICING A LANDING, ROLLOUT, AND TAKEOFF ON RWY 28, A CROSSWIND WAS ENCOUNTERED. THIS PUSHED THE A/C TO THE LEFT AND CAUSED IT TO MAKE BRIEF CONTACT WITH THE TAXIWAY LIGHT AT EDGE OF THE RUNWAY. THE RUNWAY IS A NARROW GA AIRPORT RUNWAY. AS THE AIRCRAFT PUSHED LEFT, THE LEFT MAIN WHEEL ENTERED THE MUD WHICH PUT DEBRIS INTO THE LEFT FLAP TRAILING OUTBOARD EDGE CAUSING DAMAGE. CONTACT WITH THE TAXIWAY LIGHT CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE AFT FUSELAGE LEFT HAND SIDE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
