## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN AND BEGAN TO DRIFT TOWARDS THE RIGHT SIDE OF RUNWAY 36. HE APPLIED LEFT RUDDER BUT BELIEVED HE WAS SLIPPING ON ICE AS IT WAS DARK AND HE DID NOT HAVE RUNWAY BREAKING CONDITIONS AT THE TIME. HOWEVER, RUNWAY WAS CLEAR WITH GOOD BREAKING CONDITIONS. HE DID NOT USE THRUST REVERSE. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED RUNWAY, HIT A RUNWAY SIGN COLLAPSING THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR CAUSING PROPELLER DAMAGE AND SUDDEN STOPPAGE TO THE RIGHT ENGINE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
