## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N551M DEPARTED A PRIVATE AIRPORT AT APPROXIMATELY 10:20 AM FOR HUBER AIRPARK TO REFUEL.THE AIRCRAFT HAD JUST BEEN PURCHASED FROM THE OWNER OF THE PRIVATE AIRPORT. THE PILOT STATED THAT APPROXIMATELY THREE MINUETS AFTER TAKE OFF, AT 1,000 FEET AGL, THE ENGINE LOST POWER. THE PILOT FURTHER STATED THAT HE APPLIED CARBURETOR HEAT, CONFIRMED THAT THE FUEL WAS ON THE FULLEST TANK AND THAT HE CHECKED THE MAGNETOS. THE PILOT IDENTIFIED A LANDING AREA BUT FAILED TO NOTICE THE ELECTRIC STOCK FENCE RUNNING ACROSS THE FIELD. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE FENCE WITH THE NOSE LANDING GEAR CAUSING THE PLANE TO FLIP OVER ONTO ITS BACK. THE PILOT SUFFERED MINOR CUTS AND BRUISES.
