## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT FLARED THE AIRCRAFT FOR LANDING BUT THE RATE OF DESENT DID NOT DECREASE. THE AIRCRAFT HIT THE RUNWAY HARDER THAN INTENDED AND BOUNCED BACK INTO THE AIR. THE AIRCRAFT CAME BACK TO THE RUNWAY AND UPON ROLLOUT THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. THE RIGHT WING CONTACTED THE SNOW COVERED RUNWAY AND SUBSTAINED DAMAGE. THE PILOT PULLED EMERGENCY FUEL CUTOFF AND AS THE ENGINE WAS SPINNING DOWN THE PROPELLER HIT A SNOWBANK.
