## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON FEBRUARY 12, 2012, N52MD DEPARTED ELGIN FIELD, (KEFD) JUST OUTSIDE OF HOUSTON, ENROUTE TO RUIDOSO, (KSRR) NEW MEXICO. THE PILOT STATED HE BEGAN TO ENCOUNTER AN ICING CONDITION AND DEVIRATED TO SAN ANGELO (KSJT). HE RECEIVED IFR CLEARANCE FOR RUNWAY 03 APPROACH. THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN BETWEEN THE RUNWAYS IN THE SAFETY ZONE. AS THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN THE ROLL OUT THE LEFT WING AND MAIN GEAR HIT TWO TAXI WAY SIGNS BEFORE THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP ON AN INTERSECTING RUNWAY. THERE WERE TWO SOLES ON BOARD. NO INJURIES TO EITHER PERSON.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
