## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS ON A FLIGHT FROM FLYING CLOUD AIRPORT, MINNEAPOLIS, MN (FCM), TO JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT, JEFFERSON CITY, MO (JEF). UPON LANDING AT JEF ON RWY 30, THE PILOT STATED THAT BOTH THRUST REVERSERS WERE COMMANDED TO DEPLOY. HE NOTED THAT THE COCKPIT ANNUNCIATIONS INDICATED THE LEFT ENGINE THRUST REVERSER HAD DEPLOYED, WHILE THE RIGHT ENGINE THRUST REVERSER HAD NOT. THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE LEFT, AT WHICH POINT THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR HIT A RIDGE OF SNOW AND SLUSH. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY SURFACE, STOPPING IN THE GRASS APPROXIMATELY 3200 FEET FROM THE LANDING THRESHOLD OF RWY 30.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
