## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS AT THE CESSNA SERVICE CENTER HAVING A DUAL ENGINE CHANGE AND CABLE INSPECTION.ON THEIR FIRST FLIGHT WITH THE AIRCRAFT THEY NOTICED A WHISTLING NOISE IN THE COCKPIT AND DECIDED TO RETURN TO KIWA. ON FINAL WHEN THEY LOWERED THE LANDING GEAR THE LOW BRAKE PRESSURE AND ANTI SKID INOP ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED. THEY ADVISED TOWER, FLEW A CIRCUIT TO ACCOMPLISH THE REQUIRED CHECKLISTS AND THEN LANDED ON RUNWAY 30L USING THE EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT ON THE RUNWAY. CESSNA TOWED THE AIRCRAFT OFF THE RUNWAY TO THE SERVICE CENTER.THE SERVICE CENTER FOUND THAT THE ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC PUMP THAT SUPPLIES PRESSURE FOR THE MAIN BRAKE SYSTEM HAD FAILED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
