## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT HAD TAKEN OFF AROUND 1330 CST FROM A PRIVATE RUNWAY ON THE MISHAP PILOT'S PROPERTY AFTER FILLING THE FUEL TANK WITH 18 GALLONS OF 93 OCTANE AUTOMOTIVE FUEL (FULL CAPACITY). THE AIRCRAFT TRAVELED ABOUT 1/2 MILE AT AN ALTITUDE OF 300 FEET, WHEN SEVERAL WITNESS STATED THE AIRCRAFT WAS FLYING SLOW WHEN IT BANKED MORE THAN 45 DEGREES TO THE LEFT AND STARTED LOSING ALTITUDE AT A HIGH RATE. THE AIRCRAFT LEVELED ITS WINGS IN A STEEP NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE AND IMPACTED THE GROUND.
