## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT MADE A WHEEL LANDING ON RUNWAY 18 AT OWB. TOWER REPORTED WIND 100 AT 5 KNTS. PILOT STATED "I MADE A WHEEL LANDING AND AS AIRPLANE WAS SLOWING DOWN TAIL STARTED TO DROP, I PUSHED BACK UP TO KEEP ON WHEELS BUT MUST HAVE DRUG BRAKES, TAIL WENT UP, I PULLED STICK ALL THE WAY BACK, BUT NOSE WENT OVER SLID AND THEN AIRPLANE WENT ALL THE WAY OVER ON BACK AT LOW SPEED." NTSB PAUL COX WAS CONTACTED THE DAY OF THE EVENT AND I RECEIVED THE OK FOR THEM TO MOVE AIRCRAFT TO A SECURE HANGAR.SINGLE PLACE AIRCRAFT NO INJURY TO PILOT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
