## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THIS INCIDENT OCCURED ON THE EVENING OF APRIL 8, 2012, AT THE WACO REGIONAL AIRPORT, (ACT) WACO, TEXAS. THE PILOT PRIMARILY OPERATES A CESSNA 172 AIRCRAFT. THAT IS WHAT HE USUALLY FLYS. [THE POSITION OF THE FLAP OPERATING LEVER IN THE CE-172 IS ALMOST EXACTLY WHERE THE LANDING GEAR OPERATING LEVER IS IN THE BEECH BARRON.] WHEN HE LANDED THE BEECH 95-B55 ON THE WET RUNWAY 19 AT WACO REGIONAL AIRPORT HE ACCIDENTALLY RETRACTED THE LANDING GEAR WHILE ATTEMPTING TO RETRACT THE FLAPS. THIS REPORT IS CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
