## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE CONDUCTING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS ON RUNWAY 27 AT LANSING MUNI. (IGQ), THE PILOT EXTENDED HIS DOWNWIND TO ACCOMMODATE A CESSNA 310 THAT WAS ABOUT 4 MILES EAST LANDING STRAIGHT IN (ABOUT MID-FIELD, BEFORE EXTENDING GEAR). AFTER THE 310 PASSED ON FINAL, THE PILOT RESUMED HIS APPROACH AND FORGOT TO PERFORM HIS PRE-LANDING CHECKLIST. PILOT REPORTED HE DID NOT REMEMBER HEARING THE GEAR WARNING HORN. PIC OF N6295Y LANDED WITH THE LANDING GEAR IN THE RETRACTED POSITION.THE RUNWAY WAS CLOSED WHILE THE A/C WAS REMOVED TO THE OWNER'S HANGAR AT LANSING MUNI.NO INJURIES/NO FIRE OCCURRED AS A RESULT. N6295Y SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
