## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING APPROACH INTO MIDLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MAF) THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DID NOT COMPLETELY EXTEND AND LOCK IN THE DOWN POSITION. THIS WAS VERIFIED VISUALLY BY THE PILOT LOOKING OUT OF THE WINDOW. THE PILOT STATED THE GREEN LANDING GEAR SAFE LIGHT INSIDE THE COCKPIT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. THE PILOT PUMPED THE EMERGENCY GEAR HANDLE OVER 150 TIMES AND THEN THE PASSENGER TOOK OVER AND CONTINUED PUMPING. THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR NEVER COMPLETELY EXTENDED. THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED ON RUNWAY 34L, WITH ONLY THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED. AFTER LANDING, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED HARD RIGHT AND CAME TO REST APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET OFF THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED.
