## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

- [NTSB CEN12CA286](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN12CA286), May 10, 2012: Costruzioni Aeronautiche Tecna P2006T (N727TA), Cleburne, TX, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot's inadvertent selection of flap 0 degrees during the go-around and the flight instructor’s inadequate supervision, which resulted in an aerodynamic stall at low altitude.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
