## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WITNESSES REPORTED THE AIRCRAFT WAS OBSERVED PORPOISING ON TAKEOFF AROUND 30 TO 40 FEET ABOVE THE RUNWAY AND THEN CLIMBED TO APPROXIMATELY 300 TO 400 FEET. THE AIRCRAFT THEN PITCHED NOSE HIGH AND STALLED AND STARTED A NOSE DOWN DESCENT. THE AIRCRAFT THEN ROLLED TO THE RIGHT AND IMPACTED THE GROUND. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON ITS MAIN LANDING GEAR IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION.
