## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED THE AIRCRAFT WAS LOADED TO MAXIMUM CAPACITY AND HE HAD ABOUT 60 TO 100 LBS OF FUEL TO BURN OFF BEFORE TAKE-OFF. PILOT SAID HE DID NOT WANT TO GET BEHIND HIS SCHEDULE SO HE CHOOSE TO RIDE THE BRAKES AND RUN ENGINES UP IN ORDER TO BURN OFF FUEL WHILE TAXIING. THIS RESULTED IN RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR BRAKE FIRE. THE HIGH FLAMES HEATED UP THE RIGHT UNDERNEATH WING ROOT AREA. PICTURES TAKEN AT SCENE WERE GIVEN TO NTSB AND THEY CLASSIFIED THIS AS AN ACCIDENT DUE TO THE WING SPAR MAY HAVE BEEN COMPREMISED FROM THE INTENSE HEAT.
