## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PIC FAILED TO MAINTAIN POSITIVE CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT ON LANDING FLARE. AS A RESULT, THE LEFT WINGTIP CONTACTED THE RUNWAY. BEFORE TOUCHDOWN, THE PIC INITIATED A GO-AROUND MANUEVER. THE SUBSEQUENT LANDING TO A FINAL STOP OCCURRED WITHOUT INCCIDENT. CROSSWIND VELOCITY AT THE TIME OF LANDING WAS NEGLIGABLE AND NOT A SIGNIFICANT FACTOR.
