## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE STUDENT PILOT WAS CONDUCTING HIS FIRST SUPERVISED SOLO. ON THE THIRD TAKEOFF HE HAD OVER CORRECTED WITH RIGHT RUDDER FOR THE LEFT TURNING TENDENCIES OF THE AIRCRAFT. HE PROCEEDED TO OVER CORRECT AGAIN WITH THE LEFT RUDDER IN AN ATTEMPT TO STRAIGHTEN THE AIRCRAFT. WHILE DOING THIS THE LEFT WINGTIP STRUCK THE RUNWAY AND THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE LEFT SIDE OF RUNWAY 19, IMPACTING THE GROUND CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE FIREWALL AND FUSELAGE.
