## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JUNE 17, 2012 THE AIRMAN TOOK OFF FROM 330K (MYRICK AIRPORT) TO 2O8(HINTON AIRPORT), A 48 NM FLIGHT. THE AIR CRAFT LOST POWER AND MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING ON HWY 81 ABOUT 4 MILES NORTH OF EL RENO, OKLAHOMA. THE AIRMAN PUT ABOUT 4 GALLONS OF FUEL IN THE AIRCRAFT AND TOOK OFF FOR RQO (EL RENO REGIONAL) WHERE HE FUELED THE PLANE. HE THEN RETURND TO 330K WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
