## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT/MECHANIC ARRIVED AT THE AIRPLANE A COUPLE OF WEEKS PRIOR AND DISCOVERED BRAKE FLUID UNDER THE RIGHT WHEEL. HE REPLACED THE "O" RING ON THE BRAKES AND BLED THE BRAKES. THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY, THE AIRPLANE WAS FLOWN UNEVENTFULLY. ON JUNE 23, HE DEPARTED CHANDLER AIRPORT FOR A LOCAL FLIGHT. DURING LANDING ROLLOUT, HE WAS DECELERATING NORMALLY AND BEGAN THE TURNOFF THE RUNWAY AT WHICH TIME THE RIGHT BRAKE WENT TO THE FLOOR. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY AND WENT INTO THE WEEDS AND SUBSEQUENTLY GROUND LOOPED. THE AIRCRAFT IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING MAINTENANCE ON THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR AND BRAKE ASSEMBLY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
