## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE LOCAL FLIGHT CONCLUDED WITH A SERIES OF 4 TOUCH-AND-GO LANDINGS. THE PILOT IN COMMAND ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DURING THE FINAL LANDING ON RWY 15 AT H21, THE SECOND PILOT, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS FLYING THE AIRCRAFT, WITH THE FIRST PILOT LIGHTLY FOLLOWING ON THE CONTROLS. THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AND STARTED TO ROLL TO THE RIGHT. THE FIRST PILOT TOOK THE FLIGHT CONTROLS, BUT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT ON THE SECOND BOUNCE OF THE TOUCHDOWN. THE AIRCRAFT GROUND-LOOPED TO THE RIGHT, AND DEPARTED THE RUNWAY. THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR SHEARED OFF, PASSING UNDER THE AIRCRAFT AND DAMAGING THE FUSELAGE. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST IN AN UPRIGHT POSITION WITH THE LEFT WING ON THE GROUND, SUSTAINING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN12CA450](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN12CA450), Jul 14, 2012: Cessna 195B (N3092B), Camdenton, MO, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot's loss of directional control on landing, which resulted in a runway excursion.
