## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THIS AIRCRAFT HAD 3 PRIOR OCCURRENCES OF RIGHT BRAKE PROBLEMS IN THE 7 MONTHS PRECEEDING THE ACCIDENT. INVESTIGATION WAS UNABLE TO PINPOINT A PARTICULAR COMPONENT CAUSING THIS PROBLEM. THE MAINTENANCE HISTORY PROVIDED SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE TO SUBSTANTIATE THE CAUSE AS TECHNICAL AND NOT PILOT INDUCED.
