## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON AUGUST 06, 2012, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, HOLDER OF A FOREIGN CERTIFICATE, ACTED AS PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) OF A NORTH AMERICAN SABERLINER SBR1, FOREIGN REGISTRATION NUMBER XA-SPM. AIRCRAFT XA-SPM WAS ENROUTE TO PROVIDENCE, RI (KPVD). BOSTON ARTCC (2BW), SECTOR 32 WAS CONTROLLING TWO AIRCRAFT IN THE VICINITY OF CALVERTON VOR (CCC). AIRCRAFT BAW115, A BOEING 747-400 WAS VECTORED OUT OF THE HOLD AT CCC AT 16,000 FEET MSL. AIRCRAFT XA-SPM WAS CLEARED TO DESCEND AND MAINTAIN 17,000 FEET MSL. AIRCRAFT XA-SPM DESCENDED BELOW 17,000 FEET MSL CAUSING A TRAFFIC ALERT TO BE ISSUED FROM BOSTON ARTCC.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
