DURING LANDING ROLLOUT, FIRST PILOT ALLOWED THE TAIL OF THE AIRCRAFT TO RISE BACK INTO THE AIR. PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT - AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER ON THE RUNWAY.
