## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE MAKING A LANDING ON HWY 29 @ N. RHOMBERG RD. IN BURNETT, TEXAS TO PICK UP A PATIENT, HELICOPTER STRUCK A TEMPORARY BANNER WIRE INSTALLED ACROSS HWY 29 AT THE LANDING ZONE. TAIL ROTOR BLADES MADE CONTACT WITH WIRE SEVERING THE WIRE AND CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE ROTOR BLADES AND ALSO CAUSING A DENT TO THE LEFT AFT SIDE OF TAIL BOOM AREA. HELICOPTER MADE A SAFE LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
