## Narrative

THE AIRCRAFT APPROACHED RWY 7 FOR LANDING AND UPON PASSING THE TREE-LINE ON FINAL STARTED TO SINK AND INCREASE ATTITUDE/PITCH. ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE TO POWER, PITCH AND ROLL TO CORRECT FOR THE LANDING WHEN THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO ROLL AND DEVIATE TO THE LEFT. THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN ABOUT 30 DEGREES OFF RUNWAY HEADING ABOUT 40 FEET LEFT OF THE RUNWAY IN THE GRASS. THE AIRCRAFT PROCEEDED TO STRIKE A FENCE AS FULL POWER WAS ADDED. THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN AGAIN AND THEN PROCEEDED INTO A WOODED AREA WHERE IT STRUCK MULTIPLE TREES, BROKE APART AND A FIRE ENSUED. ## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
