PILOT WAS MANUVERING THE AIRCRAFT IN A NON-MOVEMENT AREA TO A TIE-DOWN POSITION WHEN THE RIGHT WING LEADING EDGE AND TIP CONTACTED A PARKED AIRCRAFT ON THE LEFT SIDE AT THE ENGINE NACELLE SKIN.
