## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SEPTEMBER 04, 2012, ABOUT 1030 MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME, A GROB G-120A, N867AF, SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGED DURING A SIMULATED ENGINE FAILURE TO THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR AND FLAP JUST AFTER TAKEOFF FROM THE GOODYEAR AIRPORT IN ARIZONA. THE AIRCRAFT WAS OPERATED BY THE GERMAN AIR FORCE TRAINING SQUDRON. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE INSTRUCTOR PILOT AND STUDENT. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED FOR THE TITLE 14 CFR PART 91 FLIGHT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
