## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N3591P ENCOUNTERED A FLOCK OF FOUR GEESE IMMEDIATELY AFTER ROTATION. PILOT DESCENDED THE AIRCRAFT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO AVOID THE GEESE AND CONTACTED THE RUNWAY WITH A HIGH RATE OF DESCENT, BOUNCED BACK INTO THE AIR, AND INITIATED A GO-AROUND. THE AIRCRAFT SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED TO THE WASHINGTON COUNTY AIRPORT FOR AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. POST FLIGHT INSPECTION REVEALED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT INBOARD WING SPAR WITH BUCKLED ALUMINUM AND POPPED RIVETS. RIGHT WING FLAP WAS ALSO DAMAGED DUE TO FLEX BENDING CAUSED BY THE BOUNCED LANDING.
