## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2012 AT 1735 LOCAL TIME, A DIAMOND DA20-C1 AIRCRAFT, N943DA, REGISTERED TO DOSS AVIATION INC., HAD THE NOSE WHEEL PORTION OF THE GEAR COLLAPSE AFTER LANDING ON THE PAVED RUNWAY WHILE CONDUCTING STUDENT TRAINING. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS (VMC) PREVAILED AT THE TIME AND NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THERE WERE TWO OCCUPANTS ABOARD, INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AND THE PILOTS WERE NOT INJURED. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED AT PUEBLO AIRPORT ON THE SAME DAY FOR INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
